Why are or bodies made with about 65% of water?!

Question:

Why are or bodies made with about 65% of water?

Answers:

That's right; the human body is made up of 65% water. If you look at what blood is made of, it also has a lot of water in it.
Premise: if you believe in the Theory of Evolution, then the animals and plants that are around today evolved from lower forms of life. Since the life forms in the seas have been there longer than life forms on dry land, how did the life forms on land get there? Did they suddenly appear (spontaneous generation)? The theory is that we (and all land animals) ultimately came from the sea. We evolved from sea creatures who breathe underwater to ones that breathe the air. (Imagine a slimy fish, with strong fins, walking out of the water to take its first breath of air.) Then, according to the Theory of Evolution, that fish's decendants evolved again. This time, it has primative legs. Therefore, if we came from the sea and all life needs water to survive, it makes sense that we would be mostly water.
