With so many multivitamins on the market which one has the best ingredients for better health?

or do you make your own, that doesnt seem very safe, you need calcium you need b6 b12, all freakin b's, how much? iron... etc, etc, is there a magic pill?

It's not what you should be looking for the multi to contain, it's all about what it should NOT contain!

Look at the ingredients list, past all the vitamins and minerals, and look for NO ADDED artificial preservatives, artificial flavours, colours, artificial sweeteners.

Liquid is best absorbed by the body, capsule is second best, tablet is third. Pricing will reflect the format. Buy the best quality you can afford, but also don't buy a liquid that you will not take because you don't like the taste or because it is inconvenient. Don't buy capsules if the daily dosage is 4 per day and you know that you'll be lucky to remember to take one. The brand and type of multi should reflect your lifestyle and needs.
