Not to be stupid, but if tea bags work for getting bags under your eyes to go away, what tea do you use?
Do you use caff or decaf, can you use herbal?

Teabags work, but I don't know that the chamomile would work. It's supposed to be the tannic acid in black tea that carries the benefits
