What is the appropriate dosage for the supplement CoQ-10?!

What is the appropriate dosage for the supplement CoQ-10?

I am a 6 foot 210 pound 28 year old male. All I hear is the importance of this supplement for coronary artery health. As I go to the store, I see various strengths of the supplement. Does anyone know what the appropriate dosage for an individual like myself would be? Also, at which point is too much too much, and the excess just gets passed out through urine? Thanks!


Answers:

Dosages usually range from 30 to 100mg per pill with one or two a day as the recommendation. At 6 foot 210, I would think that 100mg /day is a good place to start. If you double the dosage and you don't feel more energized then go back to 100mg once a day.

Also its been reported that if you have difficulty falling asleep you might be overdosing.
