Has anyone ever taken "vision enhancement liquid phyto-caps" pills - are there any side effects?

when you took them, did your vision get any better and did you notice any side effects that I should know about?

Yes. I have the book "beyond 3D". It has worked for me, as my vision was becoming very blurry. I am too vain to wear glasses. I also do eye exercises before I go to sleep. Works like a charm and no more insomnia. There is a website. Just type in eye exercises.
