I have used it in the past and it is okay but its not the best. Zypan essentially helps the pancreas break down the protein and it speeds up the enzymes that help digest food etc. It can be bad for you with long term use and can give you pretty bad cramps and unbelievable gas. I have since used something else that is much better and doesnt have all the side effects, its called herbal aloe and is the best thing I have ever used for my digestive system.
