Bhastrika taught by shri shri ravishankar can be accompanied with ramdev's kapal bhati?

should we do kapalbhati after bhastrika?

Bhastrika For Mind and KapalBhati for abdominal muscle, Diaphragm. and my suggestion that first you have to do kapalbhati then bhastrika
