HELP! i can't go to sleep any tips that can help me get to sleep faster without medicine?
i'm always up till 3:00 and then have to get ready for school araound 6:00 i need some help! in fact it is 1:30 right now and i'm still up!

Any one or other of the above answers may be helpful, but it really depends on personal preference, since the same method may not work for all. I can only add to the above answers :
try simple breathing excercises in front of an open window about 5-10 minutes before u go to bed......works like a charm for me. Otherwise, reading in bed or a cup of hot chocolate r my only other alternatives.....nothing else works on me.Try it out for a couple of nights.....maybe it'll work out for u 2....oh, & just for ur information,3 or 4 hours can be quite enough for the vital mental abilities of an adult to be refreshed, provided it's a really deep sleep......sleep is qualitative,not necessarily quantitative.......so stop worrying.
