DOES anyone out there know of a natural remedy for arthritis- I hate to keep taking ibuprofen?

Yes, it's called glucosamine chondroitan, marketed under various brand names such as Osteo-Biflex, but generics work just as well. I personally don't use it, but I've known many many people who take it and doctors who recommend it. It works to help keep cartilage flexible and lubricate your joints. You're wise to worry about taking too much ibuprofen as well, it can eventually cause stomach problems.
The only catch is if you're diabetic... talk to your doctor before you take it as it can impact blood sugar. But other than that, it's a great medicine and definitely worth a try!!
