Whats the best was to meditate that doesnt take long ?? When should i start meditating

i want to meditate because i want to calm myself down to deal with anxitiy (defffintaslly spelt wrong)

Sit comfortably with your eyes closed. Relax and feel the energy of you body flow with every breath. This will take practice, but eventually you will be ably to feel this life energy. Once you feel it in your breath, follow it throughout your body. Guide it through sore and tense muscles, helping them relax.

Reach outside yourself for energy. Feel it moving through the earth, air, water and fire. Earth is easiest at first because it is strong and slow and steady. Channel your center down, down into the earth. Let your own energies flow into the ground. Hold back nothing, the earth will give back much more than you give into it. Feel it steady you. Make you strong. When you are ready to come back from the meditation, just slowly bring your awareness back to your breathing. Let the energy return to it's natural flow. Remind yourself of your surroundings and get up fresh and energized. Hope I helped!
