Medical Cannabis MD?

can anyone personally recommend a SOUTH BAY (s'vale. MV, santa clara, SJ areas) doctor for a recomendation? even Santa Cruz? (that has helped you)....
My previous doctor who wrote mine just passed away and I don't know where else to go...I HAVE looked on all the sites but most of the doctors are in SF or Oakland and I cannot drive in those cities at all...
any Pro Prop 215 recommendations appreciated.
