i have a headache, nasty taste in my mouth from a horrible burger and i feel sick. any ideas?

hi there, well what i do when iv got a hangover i drag myself out of bed lol then go for a run, i know you probably dont feel like it, but it really does work, (it works for me) you will feel ten times better, and for the horrible taste in ur mouth brush your teeth about 3 times and rinse with mouth wash then get some mints (polos or chewing gum) for the headache get some anadin extra, you will be right as rain in no time hope this helps x
