How long does it take Vitex (Chasteberry) to work??
I have been taking it along with Blue Cohosh for about 1 month now, and havent really noticed anything. And I'm also thinking about adding Black Cohosh to the mix. If thats not a good Idea, feel free to say so....

I would stay with what you are doing. Most herbs, especially those two need at least 2-3 months to get into your system and really start to work. Just be patient and if you don't notice any change after 3 months then I would stop those and try the others. Good luck!
