Oats are wonderful to help regulate bloodsugar levels they are used as a nervous system restorative..
Warm milk contains tryptophan which translates to serotonin
the neurotransmitter.

lots of fibre to improve digestion and clearance of toxins
lots of water too
There are plenty of other herbs used to relax and calm !!
Please don't use St.Johns Wort if you are taking other meds as it speeds up liver clearance of the meds and might cause unexpected results. This is the main reason it is contraindicated to use especially with psych meds..
