Cranberry juice is usually considered a home remedy for urinary tract infections and for kidney health- you will need to get a kind that is pure cranberry juice with no added sugar in order to be truly effective.
This includes not giving yeast anything extra to live off either- like sugars. Cutting out sodas, candy bars-anything with simple sugars and breads as well. Some people only have to cut out white breads and anything made with white flour but if you are really sensitive you might have to cut out all whole wheat flours and go gluten free.
