What are the first steps I should take to regain health?

You should start checking on your lifestyle. Do you sleep passed 10pm? Is your pillow too flat on the head? Do you drink enough water throughout the day? All these could contribute to that, based on personal experience and fact. And there are a lot more. Make sure that water you drink is alkaline water, and avoid too much sugar/simple carbs/ starch to avoid candida overgrowth that also contributes to that feeling of tiredness and brainfog. You can eat some sweeet but limit the intake. And last but not least, you really need to detoxify to make your bodily system flow properly, clean out those bodily wastes and toxins. One effective method is to have a foot ion cleanse, where they submerge your feet into warm water and the machine will purge out your toxins right before your eyes, which looks gruesome! But its so worth it, its about cleaning your system. Loving yourself!
