Anyone tried `rescue remedy`?

I`m taking driving lessons and find my nerves are really getting the better of me,my instructor has noticed it to and said today that my driving is getting good but i make myself to nervous.

He says if he senses i`m really nervous then so will my examiner when i finally sit my test.So i was just wondering if anyone has tried rescue remedy and if it does work?I`ve tried taking calms before but felt they made me a bit too calm and i wasn`t really taking anything in,help appreciated,thanx.

yes yes yes, it is cool. mobile, instant, reliving. must agree with others that it is subtle.. and yeah drips under the tongue.

NOTE; do not touch the pipette on your lips / etc because it will carry your saliva back into the bottle and degrade what is there. you should not have anything to eat 15 mins before or after using it [good to rinse out your mouth before you 'start the clock' before any ALTERNATIVE remedies]. this is because the overwhelming chemical effect of e.g. sugar/coffee/wheat etc on the digestive response mechanisms in the mouth will smash a lot of the 'rescue' out of the 'remedy' - just to share that with you!!

keep it from sunlight/ heat/ freezing. another way if you want to give / take it when the mouth is suffering - eg. coldsore / vomiting / etc then drip behind ears, at nape of chest [where right posh ladies put perfumes] and at the pulse point on the wrist- these are points on the body that absorb and transmit such infusions/potions as this.
ok last trick!! 30 drips in a glass of water and leave it on the side, take a sip every time you pass the glass through the evening. most potent times to take seem to be first thing in the morning and very last thing at night.
oh yeah that warning about the brandy is true though!
