Well, as far a smoking goes, Salvia is good, and I have heard from friends that smoking green tea will produce a mild buzz. Although it is very dangerous, Coricidin Cold and Cough (aka Triple C's, Red Devils, Poor Man's x, etc) when taken in large quantities orally (usually between 8-14) will produce a strong trip, similar to a combined effect of alcohol and marijuana. A FOAF has informed me that taking Dramamine (8-12, orally) will produce a rolling effect. I have tried nutmeg before, but it has done nothing but make me delirious.
