Why are we unable to purchase Melatonin in the UK when it is freely available in Spain?
Are there any health risks or side effects to it?
Answers:
There are alot of medicines and drugs that you can buy here in Spain which are not allowed to be purchased in the UK without prescription. In my opinion I think it's a good thing as otherwise you may want to self medicate and that could be potentially dangerous in the long run.
I have bought antibiotics over the counter in the past, but how do we know whether we are taking the right stuff for the job just because we've been prescribed it before.
The UK are right in having strict guidelines on certain things, it's for your own good.
However you could always try and purchase it on line.
