What does "L/S" mean in medical shorthand?!


Question:

What does "L/S" mean in medical shorthand?

I have a medical prescription for massage therapy and it says "L/S spine pain".

What does the L/S mean? I googled for it and couldn't find an answer but did find it on some medical sites. I'm guessing "lumbar/sacral" but don't know that's really it. "Left/side"?
