I've had a urinary tract infection ever since i was a little kid...?

i have never gone to the doctor about it, my mom didn't know i had it. natural remedy for it or should i go to the doctor? i really don't want to get an antibotic unless completly need to.
i usually can keep it at bay with drinking lots of water but it acts up several times a month

i'm taking D-Mannose right now and it has helped tons...but i don't know if it will actually cure it.

well, i've always researched any problem judging by the symptoms i've had and been accurate. but you are right i honestly can't be sure what is going on with, i did not know what it was as a kid and so i just lived with it.

It's important you go to a doctor and get a culture done as soon as possible. You've let this infection go too long and it's possible there can be other problems. You should be drinking cranberry juice several times a day as that helps fight infections. The best thing you can do is see a doctor.
