Centra Silver is a Nutritional Supplement product by The Vitamin Company. How effective is that for an adult's health? Can you pls attest that (or recommend any better product that you have used before?) Thanks!

There have been many conflicting reports on multivitamins and nutritional supplements.
Health food stores promote them as a miracle cure, while a good number of doctors say they do little good.
Both sides are right and wrong. Vitamins will help a persons health, but they are only temporary and if you take to much of any vitamin it can harm you. I take vitamins and supplements as needed for mood swings and depression and believe me, they work.
The only problem is that they only work for a few days at a time and most vitamin supplements contain more of the vitamins that we need.
This is why taking a vitamin will turn a persons urine a strong yellow, because when we urinate we are getting rid of what our body does not need, and that strong yellow color is the vitamins we are not using.
