Do the good live cultures come in pill form?
Kids just go the stomach flu, although Ive been eating yogurt, although not activia this week, prefer organic, so wondering if theres a quicker way to protect against that. The pills would be for an adult.

I use ones from GNC but these are supposed to be better. I get really sick of yogurt after a few days and it has a lot of sugar in it.
