Which is better / more effective ~ Dr. Natura Colonix or Nature's Secret Ultimat!

Which is better / more effective ~ Dr. Natura Colonix or Nature's Secret Ultimate Cleanse?
I'm trying to find the best internal cleansing program out there - I've heard Dr. Natura's Colonix is good but have also read good comments about the Nature's Secret program. Anyone tried either or these or maybe both of these and know which one is better?

I use the Nature's secret one. I've never heard of the other...sorry. I like it. It doesn't give you cramps or anything like that. Very easy on your system. I would recommend it. I found it on ebay cheaper than on their websites. Check that option out.
