Can atenolol be used as a pain killer?!

Can atenolol be used as a pain killer?

i want to know if it has any other uses other than hypertension treatment?


Answers:

Atenolol is a beta blocker. Usually used for HTN, but also used for angina (chest pain) and for prophylative treatment for migraine headaches. Can't think of any other uses.
