Anybody besides me use a neti pot?
A neti pot is used for nasal irrigation.

You pour warm salt water into one nostril and let it run out the other. I had been using it just to clear out the mucus and other residual matter.
Then I discovered a book in my local Indian store. Adding herbs to the water and running them through the nose is a way of administering herbs to yourself.
The ones I've been using most recently are:
Tulsi
Sandlewood
Nutmeg (promotes sleep) and
ginger.

Answers:
I have used them and Love them.. they are alot better than having to spray stuff up your nose. You just never know what the FDA will recall next or what body part will fall out if you use that chemical stuff.
