Does anyone know of any home remedies (that acutally work) for taking care of acne??

Few people know that acne is basically hereditary. Its in your genes. Acne is not caused by chocolate, dirty hair or skin, sex (or the lack of it). Most everyone has or gets acne at some point, but it tends to run in families. Stress, oil based make-ups, Foods containing iodine and even some brands of birth control pills can cause acne. Stay away from those products, wash your face twice a day, making sure to get all the soap off (rinse 6 or 7 times if necessary. Acne outbreaks (a pimple) must run it's course of 1 to 4 weeks. The prescription drug Accutane will help in severe cases, but your doctor won't give it to you for 1 or 2 pimples. Never squeeze a pimple, you can spread the infection and make it worse. White heads and black heads are in the same acne family, but different. Rule of thumb, always squeeze a black head but never squeeze a white head. I have more if you want to email me.
