Epsom salts in hot tub,safe for tub pump and lines?!


Question:

Epsom salts in hot tub,safe for tub pump and lines?

anyone know if it is ok too put the epson salts in a hot tub?do you need to refill the tub after? does it afect the ph? will it react with the chlorine?please tell me if you have tried or how you know when answering.


Answers:

Do not mix the Epsom salts with either Chlorine or Bromine hot tub treatments. I have seen some injuries (chemical burns) come into hospital because of this. I'm an ex nurse.
