What's your favorite natural sweetner?!


Question:

What's your favorite natural sweetner?

I liked stevia for a while but now xylitol is what I use- no aftertaste what so ever. I would be interested to hear of your opinion or experiance with xylitol. Thanks!

I should have stated alternate sweetner. I'm trying to cut out sugar for health reasons.

I like Xylitol very much too. I have also tried "Just Like Sugar" that is a natural sweetener made from Chicory root, Maltodextran and Orange Peel. It has a 0 on the Glycemic Index. IMO it did not have the same sweeting power as regular sugar. I had to use twice as much Just Like Sugar to get the same sweetness as sugar. It is a good product regardless.
