5-htp withdrawl?!

5-htp withdrawl?

I've been on a supplement to increase serotonin levels...(I have a family history of depression and also experience bouts myself...)it has carnitine and 5-htp among other things...I wasn't able to take it yesterday and experienced a throbbing headache-could this be withdrawl?
