What are Panafcortelone (25mg) (Prednisolone) used for??

I believe this is a form of anti inflammitry or oral corticosteriod medication. What would this be best use for?? eg. hydrocele, osteitis pubis... inflammination injuries??

diseases such as rheumatoid arthritis, Chrone's disease, etc.
