Have you tried sound therapy? Does it work?
Do you know where I can download the sample of sound therapy software for free. Because it is expensive, and I don't want to buy it if it turns out to be useless

At Walmart and the Hallmark stores they have inexpensive CD's that have soft music playing with the sound of the ocean waves in the background. Usually around $10 to $12, which isn't bad. Very soothing!
