Can herbs be used for relaxing fascia?!

Question:

Can herbs be used for relaxing fascia?

Are there any medical herbs that can be digested to relax fascia in the body?

Answers:

There is a tea of chamomile <German> and Lavender which could help, but what helps me most is a bath with lavender oil and some other oils in it. I have not purchased the chamomile oil yet, because when I ordered it, it wasn't the correct thing. German chamomile oil should be deep blue. Lavender is easier to find at a good price. You can put around 6 drops, total, in your bath. If you have sensitive skin, mix the oils in a bit of olive oil and then add to the bath.

The warmth of the bath and the nature of the oil
should relax you deep into your tissues. Make sure you get enough of magnesium too. Calcium contracts and magnesium relaxes muscles.
