Anyone who has done Isagenix.....?
how hard were the cleansing days?? What is it REALLY like?? Do you need to be close to a bathroom? Is it better to start on a work day or on the weekend?

The cleansing days were easy for me, but harder for my wife. It helps to drink a lot of water.........the little snacks help(I add 2 almonds)
You do not need to be near a bathroom, in fact people have the opposite effect.
My symptoms are being a little hungry and having a headache the first day, but it gets easier.
I like to cleanse when I am busy, so there are less food temptations..
