Does any one know a fun way of losing weight?

dont have a great salary, so cant afford a great diet program.
but having a baby in September and need to loose the weight

hi - it depends very much if you want to get rid of the weight you might have gained during pregnancy (no problem) or if you try to loose weight NOW (this should be handled with lots of care and be discussed with your physician).

loosing weight is really (!) easy for women... as long as they EAT! we tend to believe that only diets and 0 fat/no calories-food could help. au contraire! as long as your body gets the message there is enough food around, it won't switch into the "survival" mode, catching each cal and joule it can get a hold of - this is the reason for the so-called "jo-jo effect".

you want to eat a lot of healthy suff (veggies, light protein (joghurt, soy etc), fruits etc), do not count calories but be smart about them. once in a while some french fries or a piece of cake... hey, why not...d1-ce in while!

and walk... walking at a moderate pace is excellent for dropping some pound.

what was mentioned above could be maybe the so called Body Balance program (combination of Yoga, Thai Chi and Pilates). great idea! that works!!
