Poppy Seed Tea. What is the best recipe?
I have a ton of Poppy Seeds. Have tried one recipe, and it worked well. Furture attempts not so much. I soaked it in almost boiling water for about an hour. Strained through a coffee filter, added grapefruit juice and felt great! Hasn't worked so well since. Should I be boiling only water, or also the acidic juice? How long do I let it soak? I once filtered it through a sock and felt next to nothing. One more - how much water to poppy Seed mixture? Does it matter?
