Can a vitamin cure cancer?!

Can a vitamin cure cancer?

I've been reading about the benefits of apricot kernals, from where Vitamin B17 is extracted and how it is a cure for cancer. Why is'nt it more known about and used more widely in cancer clinics?


Answers:

There is no cure for cancer, including vitamins.

However, eating a daily variety of fresh fruits and vegetables, which are full of vitamins and nutrients, will prevent cancer.
