Does anyone know what acupuncture is?

i get bad menstrual pains monthly and i heard acupuncture relieves pain. anyone tried it?

Accupuncture uses tiny needles about as thick as a human hair.

These needles are used in assorted accupuncture points on the body to either stimulate the flow of ch'i in your meridians, or block the flow of ch'i.

Ch'i is your lifeforce energy.
