Milk of magnesia?
ive been taking milk of magnesia for three days straight (bringing it down in tbsp's from 4 to 3.5 to 3). i have to start over because i messed up (big mistake) ****how long should i wait until i start taking milk of magnesia regularly again? *****because i dont want my magnesium levels to become dangerously high

I don't understand, why are you takin it? You should not take this regularly as it will effect your kidneys adversely never mind your magnesium levels. Your magnesiums levels will be dealt with by your body functions but it is your kidneys you have to worry about
