URGENT!! I have this cold and it won't go away..?
I've had this cold for about a week. It's so bad I have a headache,sore throat, conjested, lots of flem, aches but no fever.I don't know how this could have happend? How can I fix this?

Whenever I feel "fluish" I get zinc, place it between some aluminum foil ( I fold it over ) crush it into a fine powder. Then right before I go to bed, I put it under my tongue and let it dissolve completely, it can take 30-60 minutes. Then to kill the taste, I eat a cracker. Don't drink anything, else it won't work. I am always better by the next morning. I read that in Prevention magazine back in the 1980's. It taste nasty, but it's worth it. Now the taste doesn't even bother me.
