Best way to cure a migrane?
I have suffered from Migranes for years tried all sorts of things , does anyone know any good methods ?

I would check with your doctor and see if he can put you on a medicine such as immatrex or zomig. They do help stop migraines especially if you can take a pill before one comes along. Also, certain foods can trigger migraines. If you go to the zomig web site, you can find a chart with certain foods that are migraine triggers in some people. (this helped me BIG TIME!) You may be able to eat some of the things on the list, but by eliminating some of these food, you may feel better. Also, exercise has helped me regain some energy, and I think has helped in having them less often.
But definitely go to the Doctor. I am happy I did. It has been a bit of a lifestyle change, but it's alot better than having migraines all of the time!
