I've always wondered if you could get a speck of dirt or anything behind your eye. I know we get stuff in the eye. But can they ever go all the way around in the back of the eye?

No, nothing like dirt or anything can go behind the eye. You have a lining that covers the front of the eye and connects to the tissue on the side and upper and lower lids to prevent that.
