I am studying Indian Head Massage at collage, and would seriously like to know the feedback of experiences, ie. headaches after, feelings of wellbeing, tiredness ect

Hey I am a qualified holistic therapist and just thought I would give you a bit of feedback from some of my clients following IHM...one lady complained of quite achey muscles in her shoulders the following day...obviously caused by the manipulation of muscles and it cleared up quickly...others have reported headaches, feverishness, tiredness, sense of euphoria, shivering, feelings of relaxation and peace. Most after treatment reactions are quite harmless and usually clear up very quickly to be followed by a sense of well being, de stress and calm. good luck with your course by the way xx
