I am so sick. What do I do besides drinking medicine?!

I am so sick. What do I do besides drinking medicine?

I am soooo sick. I can't breathe from my nose and I can't taste anything. trust me, its worse! So what do I do to make myself feel better or try to make me not sick anymore? Help please!
Even at night I can't hardly breathe. Help!

try taking a hot shower, applying hot compresses to
your head, vick vapor rub, hot tea
