I have a bottle of oil blends, my skin burns when I put it on my skin. which oil is causing the burning?.....?
Peppermint, Eucalyptus, Cajeput, Juniper, or Wintergreen from Gultheriea
and which one of those oils are helping the itch go away?

It is probably the peppermint oil that ic causing the burning.
Generally essential oils are not safe to be applied directly onto the skin. The two exceptions that I can think of are Lavendar or Tea Tree Oil.
What you need to do to put them in a carrier oil like grapeseed, almond, or jojoba oil.
