Answers:
Flu shots give people a false sense of security. They think that if they get a flu shot at the beginning of the season they will be protected against all strains of the flu. It's not true. So they end up getting sick anyway. Taking a shot doesn't ensure protection, taking responsibility for your health by learning how to eat and exercise it a better solution.
