I have pain around my knee when I put the wight on.

And you are diagnosed with this?

Usually RA would mean both your knee's would be hurting. Keep your knee up if you can. Take anti inflammatory, keep your knee warm. Or um...this is what I do when my knees are acting up.
When your other parts of your body hurt go see what your doctor has to say...
