When I say your age group, don't take geritol or centrum silver if you are in your teens and 20's. Any generic multi-vitamin is just as good as the ever-popular and over-advertised One-A-Day.

Also try to eliminate fats from your diet. If you enjoy fried foods, use extra virgin olive oil. If butter is your favorite dairy product, make sure it is butter and not margarine. Have a salad every day with a dressing of EVOO and apple cider vinegar. When you work on problems from the inside, you will see a marked improvement in your overall health and bodily function.

Don't forget to exercise regularly even if it is just a casual walk around the block with your dog.
