Eat a lot of fresh fruit early morning and in the afternoon a lot of veggies and lean meat in moderation.The health food store has cleansing formulas that can be purchased.Digestive enzymes work fairly well.Do not consume things that are real salty,no alcohol,cut back on the cigarettes and back off of the restuarant food. Get some kind of exersise
