Safest & best way to hypnosis someone?!

Question:

Safest & best way to hypnosis someone?

Answers:

Firstly, you should never attempt to hypnotise someone against their will, it will have bad repercussions for you. Not only will you have destroyed their trust but it will not work.

The safest way is to follow something like the long fractional induction or anything where you talk a person into a deep state of relaxation. You can do this by talking or using a program such as http://musicforchange.com/cms/index.php?...
to induce relaxation.

Once you have them hypnotised you can then do some ego strengthening to help them feel good and then bring them out again.

I would recommend getting a trained practitioner to perform the hypnosis or to attend classes if you are serious about learning. If you do not fully understand the process of hypnosis and suggestibility then you run the risk of accidently implanting negative suggestions into the hypnotic subject.

A book such as the following will help you learn a bit more about hypnosis: http://www.amazon.com/hypnosis-beginners...

All the best
